One of the bartenders, Jimmy, was not friendly or a good host. The rest of your staff was great. Couple animal accidents

7.0Spacious room. Comfy beds. Nice pool. Close to where I wanted to be. Lots of attractions nearby to focus on. Safe area.
− Room was on top floor and extremely hot: 82°F. Gradually cooled to 77°F overnight. When a toilet was flushed anywhere on the floor a loud whistling noise accompanied making sleep an issue.

− The hotel shows significant structural damage in both public areas and the guest rooms. The staff at desk seemed confused and unfriendly, with the exception of the two women who assisted us throughout our stay. At breakfast time, we were told the service wasn't available because a kitchen staff member didn’t show up; instead, we were offered frozen food from the snack cooler. We requested a refund for the breakfast we had paid for, but no manager was present to handle the request. We are still waiting. The hotel is very poor quality considering the price charged. Its only advantage is the location, but there are better options in the area.
