7.0Cisza, jedzenie, atmosfera, bardzo miła obsługa.
− Poszarpane ręczniki i szlafroki na strefę spa i w pokoju, dywan z plamami. Dym papierosów z kasyna wieczorową porą ogarniał cały hol pałacu.
Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany - relaks w dobrym wydaniu.
8.01. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, dobry wybór potraw i napojów. Możliwość spożywania w restauracji hotelowej lub na tarasie a nawet na tarasie w parku wśród drzew, po których skaczą wiewiórki, słuchając śpiewu ptaków. Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji i restauracji. Smaczne dania obiadowe w restauracji - policzki wołowe wyborne! a szarlotka na deser - wyjątkowa! 2. Całość obiektu bardzo stylowa, nastrojowa spokojna muzyka w restauracji i strefie biowellness. Obiekt, otoczenie parkiem i strefa biowellness stwarza wyjątkowe warunki do bezstresowego wypoczynku. Pokój przestronny, wygodny z potrzebnymi udogodnieniami. Wysoki poziom czystości. 3. Dobra baza wypadowa w piękne Góry Sowie.
− 1. Przeciekający dach podczas deszczu nad naszym pokojem - woda kapała na parapet - nie na łóżko na szczęście - problem zgłosiłem w recepcji. Problem odnotowano, ale niestety nie zaproponowano ani zmiany pokoju, ani jakiejś choćby symbolicznej rekompensaty. Myślę, że fachowca już powiadomiono i usterka szybko zostanie usunięta. 2. Zabrakło dla nas szlafroków w dniu przyjazdu, więc ze spa nie skorzystaliśmy w dniu przyjazdu. 3. Ułamany haczyk na ręczniki w łazience - mało opcji na odwieszenie ubrania, czy ręcznika. 4. Obiekt ma kilka osobnych budynków w parku - nasz budynek był na tyle blisko torów kolejowych, że w nocy przebudzał odgłos sygnalizacji przejazdu kolejowego oraz przejeżdżający pociąg - warto skorzystać z koreczków do uszu.

7.0Hotel jest naprawdę bardzo ładny i stylowo urządzony. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone – każdego dnia pojawiało się coś innego, dzięki czemu posiłki nie były monotonne. Obsługa była bardzo miła, uprzejma i pomocna. Dodatkowym atutem jest położenie hotelu w pięknym, spokojnym otoczeniu drzew, które sprzyja wypoczynkowi.
− W trakcie naszego 4-dniowego pobytu pokój ani razu nie został posprzątany. Nie wyniesiono śmieci, nie uzupełniono papieru toaletowego ani nie wymieniono ręczników. Przez cały pobyt nie było żadnego serwisu pokoju, co było dla nas dużym rozczarowaniem. Dodatkowo latem nie polecam pokoju znajdującego się na poddaszu. Pomimo otwartego okna w pokoju panowała bardzo wysoka temperatura, a brak klimatyzacji sprawiał, że odpoczynek, zwłaszcza w nocy, był mało komfortowy.
