2.0To start, they tried to charge me AGAIN after already paying my reservation with them before hand online. The check in process was very tedious and when I got to my room the bed sheets made me really itchy

2.0They lied about refunding my 2nd night. I accidently booked 2 nights, confirmed with the front desk that I was getting a refund. Expedia comes back to me saying that they are not processing the refund anymore

8.0I accidentally left my laptop charger upon reaching my destination. Emailed the hotel and later received a reply from them that they found it and will keep it for me. Got my friend to retrieve it. All is good. Well done to the housekeeping and front desk of Diana Suite.
