Comfortable, pleasant stay but must improve
8.0The staff spoke limited English but they went over and beyond our expectations to fulfill our requests. Google translate and some basic Thai will go a long way. Location is fantastic as there are 2 7-Elevens within walking distance and this made my sisters very happy. Parking is ample and secured. The gym was decent, good place to burn off the Thai calories. Housekeeping needs more training because there were days where the rooms were not cleaned, the mirrors were dirty upon arrival and nothing was done throughout our stay. Toilet constantly smells damp, likely due to the ventilation system. Toilet is small without shower curtains so bathroom is always drenched. Breakfast is absolute trash but the nearby 7E's come in handy. Would return.
