− Bed comfort fair. Was overcharged but was refunded although have to wait 7-10 business days!

− Requested 3 connected/side by side rooms for parents:children/grandma, but not accommodated. No TV remote, very hot rooms & bathroom plumbing leaking.
Room could have been better.
5.0Location,
− Coffee pot had coffee in it, hair on bathroom floor, sticky spill on nightstand and no usable chair outside room. The room had many faults with it. Lampshade was torn up. Shower curtain missing a hook. Rod was bent. The room needs a little tlc for sure. Couldn't take a bath. Drain was broke.
