10.0The design of the place. The quiet atmosphere. The spacious and comfortable room. The relaxing room with messaging chairs. The food was excellent. The onsen was nice. The lounge area offering refreshments was a plus.
− The private onsen in our room was small (one person only), not what we expected when seeing the pictures of the room online. Sadly no rotenburo available and the onsen was basic, there was water leaking from the roof in the changing room.
Excellent resort.
10.0Everything was so new. The food was nice. Very generous of them to serve snacks (most of the day except breakfast time) and wine and alcohol all day from the self-serve lounge/bar. The massage chairs were so nice. Spa was excellent too.
