O funcionário do hotel foi atencioso, mostrou outro quarto, porém não atendia.

− Foi reservado um quarto com 4 camas de solteiro. Ao finalizar a reserva pelo site, ainda deu a opção de confirmar cama extra para criança de 9 anos, que confirmei. Um atendente do hotel entrou em contato confirmando a disponibilidade do colchão. Ao chegar no hotel, não tinha quarto com a disponibilidade, tão pouco o colchão extra. O quarto disponível não fechava a janela. Chegamos por volta das 20h30, cansados, sem quartos e ainda tivemos que buscar outra hospedagem na cidade, o que além do desconforto, descontentamento, ainda gerou custo extra a viagem (valor muito maior do que programado com antecedência).

O atendimento é excelente. O quarto é limpo e organizado e o café da manhã é uma delícia. Quando eu precisar ficar em Manhuaçu, é certo que voltarei lá.
