− I booked my stay just before midnight as my original accommodation was terrible and I could not stay there. The reception would not give me a room because I could not provide a proof of payment even though I showed them the payment made to booking.com and the confirmation nr and mail. They insisted that I pay again. After about 30 min and me refusing to pay again (and s higher rate) they gave in. After all this they informed me they might not even have a room as they are busy renovating. After all that frustration they finally gave me a room.
