3.0The location, good and healthy breakfast!
− The staff was polite, but not customers orientated at all!!!we had to have to pay for extra persons, even though we took the Guest House which has 1 doubled bed and 2 sofa beds. And we called 1 night before to make sure that will be accepted 4 persons. When we checked out we only knew about the extra charge! They where insisting saying that they dont recall the conversation so as pet their T&C's we are charged! No AC, and very noisy from outside as the room where at the restaurant level.
Misleading listing, no air conditioning, and unacceptable customer service.

− We booked this room specifically because the listing stated that it had air conditioning. Upon arrival, we discovered that there was no air conditioning at all—only a basic, cheap fan—while the outside temperature was around 35°C. The hotel admitted that the listing was incorrect, but still refused to refund us when we wanted to leave and stay elsewhere. Paying €430 per night for an unbearably hot room that did not match the advertised facilities was completely unacceptable and felt deeply misleading.

8.0Die historische Umgebung und die exquisite Ausstattung des Zimmers war schön. Der Spa ist eine echte Oase!
− Das Frühstück war banal und in einem nüchternen Raum in einem anderen Gebäude. In der Klasse hätten wir etwas liebevolleres erwartet und zb das mind. der Kaffee bio ist.

9.0Das Morgenessen fand ich ansprechend und die Leute stets sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Das Spa war sauber und ansprechend. Das Hotel ist nahe am Bahnhof.
− Leider gab es keinen Arbeitstisch im Zimmer.
