9.0This hotel exceeded my expectations! 1. The check-in was quick. 2. I got an ocean view room and it turned out to be amazing. 3. The size of the room was big, I like extra room and don't like to feel that I'm cluttered in a room. 4. The room was modern and clean. 5. The infinity pool on floor 14 gives you the WOW factor. Go to the pools in the morning, there's less people. 6. Whenever I come back to Cartagena, this will be my place to stay.
− Look at your tabs! At the cafe, I went to buy a mineral water that I grabbed from the fridge to pay. A service fee was automatically added. I feel that a service fee should not be added if a service was not provided.

As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP12 visa upon entry to the country.
