Excellent Place to Stay in Santiago
10.0Without a doubt, this is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcome. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is excellent for exploring Santiago, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole place has a warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay. I would recommend Hostal Río Amazonas to anyone visiting Santiago and would love to stay here again.

− So unfortunate because everything else was terrific but my downstairs room experienced disturbing noise from guests walking around on the timber floor in the room above, and on one morning was woken very early. I was offered a room change however declined because of having to pack up my things.

8.0Tolles Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Sichere und sehr gute Lage. Liebevolle Dekoration und sauberes Hostel. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Taxi bekamen wir eine sehr nette Taxifahrerin mit sehr vielen Preisen, die im Voraus genannt wurden.
− Wenn man selber sein Frühstück macht, hat man nur ein begrenztes Platzangebot. Treppen sind sehr steil, für Touristen mit schwerem Gepäck nicht optimal.

9.0El staff es super amable y servicial. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, a una cuadra de estación de subte L1. El hostal es muy hermoso y limpio.
− La forma en que se sirve el desayuno. Creo que es más práctico dejar a disposición unos termos de café y leche para que cada uno se sirva cuando quiera y hacerlo más "self-service", ya que había que esperar que te vengan a servir (el café por un lado, la leche por el otro). Y si querías repetir tenías que esperar que vuelvan a pasar para que te sirvan. Lo demás todo genial.

8.0Ottima posizione. È la seconda volta che abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel e lo staff è super gentile. Ottima colazione e reception aperta 24/7.
− Purtroppo questa volta ci hanno dato una stanza vicino al corridoio d'entrata e la lobby, quindi c'era molto rumore per via della cucina e del via vai di ospiti. Si poteva sentire tutto quello che veniva discusso nel soggiorno adiacente, rendendo difficile un riposo tranquillo. Consiglio: chiedere una stanza ai piani superiori per evitare problemi.
