9.0Fantastische rustige en veilige plek, gezellige mooie binnenkoer, net, met alle praktische benodigdheden, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en heerlijke bedverwarming :)
Very homely, colourful lodges & therapeutic outside despite the hiccup of not having hot water.

− Had no hot water, we all had to watch up with cold water in a cold weather. I was not notified or made aware the staff will have access to come in to clean up in our absence. I feel their check in time from 13h00 is late as we had to buy time somewhere else before checking in. Just like their check out time 10h00 - I feel it's too early as it didn't give us time to have proper breakfast before living - everything wash just a rush even though we do understand staff had to clean up in preparing for other guests. I expected a checklist on check in day to be aware what's in the lodge and same checklist when checking out but there wasn't any...to me that would make life easy to avoid miscommunication and misunderstanding should there be goods missing or having a guest/s raising concerns of what they might have forgotten especially when staff have access in the lodge while the guest/s is still occupying the space or gone out.

− The decor wasn’t quite to my taste (a bit colourful, but that’s a personal preference). Some of the lounge furniture is showing wear and could use updating, and the linen felt a little old. It’s fine for a short overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit.

9.0Janine het ons baie vriendelik ontvang. Sy het ons ook vooraf gekontak om te hoor of hulle ons Stoeptasting registrasie pakkies solank by Toerisme buro kan gaan optel en in ons kamers neer te sit, wat SUPER nice was! Sy het ook 'n heerlike restaurant Frontiers, net om die draai, vir ons aanbeveel wat onverbeterlik was. 'n Vergete rugsak van ons is op die Tasting opgetel met ons besprekingspapier gelukkig daarin. Obesa Lodge was gekontak, en sy het ons laat weet waar om dit op te tel. Dit gee ons 'n wonderlike indruk van die dorp en ons verblyf. Die kamers is baie netjies en baie veilige parkering. Ons was naby alles. Baie dankie vir 'n ideale verblyf! Ons kom verseker weer!
− Nie 'n krisis, maar 'n klein opwasbak langs die mikrogolf sou gaaf wees. Ons het in die badkamer wasbak ons koppies uitgespoel. Maar ons was min daar so oor die fees, so nie 'n probleem vir kort verblyf nie. Dit is kindervriendelik daar, wat gemaak het dat ander huurders se kinders 7 uur die oggend luidrugtig geraas het met hulle "scooters" op die parkeerarea voor ons kamer.
