10.0The accommodation is both a bar/restaurant and a b&b and sits next to the eastern pier about 400 metres from the ferry drop off. Despite my room being right above the bar - which was happy and full of chat - it was perfectly quiet in the evening. I had a great full Irish breakfast the next morning. Service was pleasant and friendly. Great!

10.0Lovely view. Peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. It is cold this time of year; we did have a bout of hail. I advise to dress warmly for room and walks. The Day’s Beach staff provides couteous and genuinely sincere service in every regard.
