Roomy and clean and owner always available if needed. There was nothing not to like.

Nice Hotel BUT NOT Near Beach

The hotel was very nice with a lot of new equipment including some nice amenities like a backyard, grill and washer dryer. However this hotel isn’t located where it says it is in the map on Expedia or when you google it. It is actually located well inland and quite far from the location. Maybe we got a different location but that is not what I initially thought I purchased. Other than that the hotel was easy, clean and very comfortable. We flew in at 3am so there was a lockbox with code for us to access when we arrived. Location is my only issue.

Although we were not happy to find accomodation for the first booked night, because our prepaid reservation was not respected, we reached agreement with owner to compensate extra cost & trouble. The apartment was great and is just a few minutes driving from the beautiful beaches.

Spacious, clean, excellent location!!!

Pro's - the owner was absolutely excellent. He was very responsive each time we called. He provided directions as needed and was never bothered. The apartment is very spacious, easily sleeps 8 with 2 bathrooms. They provide beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Private parking, safe neighborhood. Big kitchen, fully equipped with lots of cabinet space. The apartment is bright and clean, it's a cozy, feel good place to wake up each morning. Now... it's not ultra modern, you'll see some needs for improvements but it's functional and for the price and location, you can't beat it. Do visit La Campana bakery nearby, EVERYTHING was delicious but that coffee was heaven!! Cons - kinda noisy, especially early in the am when the roosters start up. There's also a school in the neighborhood so you'll hear the kids walking early in the morning. The bedroom facing the front bumps up against the driveway to the other apartment and so if they are out there you can hear them clearly and they can hear you clearly. That's not the best room for a couple. I always pack ear plugs so it was a non issue for me honestly. There was some construction going on 3/2018 in the backyard but they were considerate with their work hours and everything was contained back there. You wouldn't even know they were working. I definitely recommend this apartment, you won't go wrong. Enjoy.

This accommodation is actually a very nice house

Excellent. The owner is constantly upgrading. There is a gate parking adjacent to the house well lit at night. A little noisy at night when cars are driving by but otherwise. It worked out perfectly for me my brother and sister.

Not a hotel

A welcome change from the subpar hotel I had moved to during my deployment with USACE. Very accommodating and comfortable, the owner was very helpful.
