10.0Staff was really nice. Room was comfortable. We needed a downstairs room. We have a hard time with stairs. They made sure they put us downstairs, and close to office.

− The room walls were dirty stuff all on the walls and the sheets were not clean as well as the towels and it was gnats in the room
