Misleading Listing, Disappointing Stay, Not Worth It

− I used to live in Cambodia. I've stayed in worse places than this. Reality rarely matches the pictures and given the cost I thought it would be an ok spot. Unfortunately the reality is that this place is nothing like what you see online. The photos look like they were taken at least a decade ago, because the property today is nothing like what's advertised. This place was probably nice when they built it, but clearly nothing has been replaced or properly repaired since. The grounds are overgrown, and the facilities are badly worn out. The rusty pool umbrellas look like they're being held together by little more than hope and baling wire, ready to collapse on top of a guest at any moment, and the fabric has so many black spots that we genuinely couldn't tell if it was mold or just years of collected dirt. Many of the planters are full of stagnant water making for a perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes. Our room had one problem after another. The mattress was hard as a rock, the air conditioning barely worked, and if you turned it off for even a couple of hours the room developed a strong musty smell. The "Khmer Traditional Shower" behind the room turned out to be nothing more than a basin of dirty, stagnant water. On top of that, the handle came off the rear door the first time I closed it. The staff weren't particularly helpful either. We asked for extra pillows and were told there weren't any clean ones available, only dirty ones and would need to pay extra. Even though we booked as a family, our children's room was placed on the opposite side of the property. When we explained why we were unhappy and decided to leave a day early, the hotel refused to refund the unused night. This was absolutely not worth what we paid. There are cheap backpacker hostels in Battambang with nicer facilities for less money. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

− Le camere sono molto decadenti, le pulizie un po’ grossolane, tutto è molto usurato o poco pulito: tenda della doccia molto sporca, viene dato un solo asciugamano a testa. Manca un comodino, i cartelli con le indicazioni sino vecchi, logori e con indicazioni inesatte o traduzioni imprecise. Nessuno parla inglese al ristorante che a colazione è stato un grosso problema

This hotel is okay but needs a bit updating. Its quite a way out of town so you have to be happy to use tuktuks
