4.0Receptionisten behöver en charm kurs och lära sig service. Hotellet saknar luftkonditionering i samtliga allmänna utrymmen. Mycket varmt. Inget vattentryck i tvätthon eller duschen. En pina att tvätta sig eller duscha. Sängen bestod av två obekväma hårda enkelsängar som gick isär hela tiden. Buller från gatan utanför var verkligen påtagligt och hindrade nattsömnen.

8.0Ok Nice hotel nearby the centre og Krabi. The room was big and and silence but it was a lot og ants there.
Bad experience.
2.0I will not recommend this hotel to all. We arrived at about 8pm to check-in. We were horrified when the hotel staff informed us that they did not have our booking and told us that we might got scammed. We booked via hotels.com and had prepaid. After much explaining to the hotel staff, finally managed to convinced her that our booking is legitimate. She checked and managed to find our booking via expedia.com. We got our room 404. When we opened the door, we were shocked to see a big lizard crawling on the floor. We managed to get a room change to 406. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel in Krabi.
