6.0The check-in was outdated and archaic. From start to finish, check-in took about 30 minutes because (1) NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK and the office was locked, and (2) the man who did the actual check-in "forgot his glasses" and he took forever to complete everything.
