Just wanted to relax and we did
10.0Staff all very friendly. Audrey, our host, was very welcoming and looked after us. Room very comfortable with a seaside theme and lovely balcony. Breakfast excellent.

This break at The New England Hotel was just what we needed and completely fulfilled our expectatio,
10.0Everything was exceptional. Audrey and Alex could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfasts were all cooked fresh and were excellent. We had a lovely room with balcony and sea view. It was lovely just to sit and relax there.

8.0Convenient location with good facilities and a lovely breakfast room Audrey and all the staff were extremely welcoming. In particular Audrey very kindly arranged for a room to be available for me to shower after the Eastbourne triathlon - and therefore after check out time which was really great and very welcome.
− I thought it was quite expensive but guess it is the going rate for the location at this time of year. Also parking is quite difficult in that area and there is limited parking on site, which is available on a first come first served basis. Again, probably not unusual for B&Bs in this location.
