Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay, the staff are attentive and provide excellent service but at times were petty a
7.0We liked the location, close to Dream beach and Devil’s Tear which were excellent and if you are ok walking Mushroom beach was not far at all. We also liked the extent that the hotel had gone to having told them that it was our 30th wedding anniversary trip around Indonesia. They decorated our room with a flower and towel swan gesture which was very unexpected but very much appreciated.
− We did not like the fact that the hotel did not have an iron. As we were moving around Indonesia our clothes were just “packed” and therefore in need of an iron. The reply was that we could get them washed, explaining that they were clean and only needed to be ironed was difficult to get across. Another aspect that was disappointing was the petty charge requested to me to pay because I asked for an additional jam for my toast only to be told that my breakfast choice did not come with jam but I could purchase it at 4000 IDR. It was not the cost of the jam, it was the pettiness of the resort.
We will be back.
10.0Gorgeous village style feel with surrounding shops and cafes and massage. Aria and Nyoman will help with and arrange anything and made our stay very easy. Quieter part of the island but easy getting around. Highly recommend Sandy Bay restaurant also.

10.0Nos alojamos dos noches aquí para conocer Nusa Lembongan, acertamos muchísimo. El lugar es encantador, los bungalows geniales. El personal súper atento y amable. El desayuno muy bien. Está cerca de algunos restaurantes, supermercados, a 7 min andando de Dream Beach y a 20 min andando de Mushroom Beach. Repetiríamos sin duda :)

Please note that Nyepi Laut (Ocean Silent Day) will be observed on 25 September 2018. Sea-crossing to Lembongan and Nusa Penida is prohibited and no sea-related activities can be performed on the islands on that day.
