− L emplacement de l hôtel trop éloigné des plages , des commerces peu accessibles à pied car pas de trottoirs et enfin des réveils nocturnes ( 5h48) tous jours en raison de la proximité de l hôtel avec la mosquée

Excellent budget hotel. Fantastic location next to a mosque, laundrette, and shops. Easy parking. All the staff are fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast is lovely and the manager can be seen inspecting the breakfast buffet at regular intervals and she makes sure that everything runs well. Ikin from housekeepers well as her colleagues were always very professional and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

− Bathrooms need refurbishment. Small fridge not working in room. Sometimes noise of passing traffic or banging of door as other guests leave nearby rooms.

Good hotel for the value

1- the location that is close to almost every thing in the island. While all locations needs car to reach but the farthest point from hotel is only half an hour. The hotel also has shops and restaurants and laundry in the same building which have everything you need. 2- the staff were very helpful and nice 3- the pool location, size and view is nice 4- wifi is good 5- the value of money is good

− 1- the cleaning of the room is not deep. You can find lots of spots in the room around the corners or difficult to reach areas by vacuum have a lot of accumulated dust. I recommend strongly at least once a week deep cleaning. 2- the water at the pool has lot of chlorine my kids had there eyes red and burning after they have swim in it and you can actually smell the strong chlorine. 3- the sliding door of the bathroom didn’t have handles which was inconvenient 4- the rooms didn’t have enough storage areas. The carpet available were very limited 5- the safes in the rooms are finger print type of safe and both safes I had in my rooms were locked by someone else which I couldn’t open or use. I asked the staff to come but didn’t come immediately and I left the room maybe they came later but I was out already however they haven’t tried again once I am back 6- the hotel doesn’t have cloth washing and ironing services. Instead you have two options either tou use the self services laundry or they send it to someone who will clean it for you which fast but the cleaning and laundry quality is average 7- the family room we stayed on the first day had AC problem which was not clod and we struggled to sleep that day. They however changed it to double connected rooms when we told them about the issue
