9.0Une très belle vue, un endroit très agréable surtout en famille. Les enfants ont pu profiter de l'espace et de la piscine en toute sécurité. Nous étions 3 familles de 6 personnes et c'était très conviviale. Les logements sont très agréables et fonctionnels. Un grand merci à Jennifer qui nous a régalé avec ses petits plats mauricien et ça gentillesse.

8.0Jennifer looked after us during our stay at Villa Banyan and was helpful & friendly and easy to reach. The villas are well maintained and located in a beautiful setting beside a pool and beach area. The view was spectacular every day despite the cyclone weather. We will definitely be returning to stay in the future - Merci pour tous!

− The stunning banyan tree unfortunately acts as a giant nest for pigeons, who, despite some efforts from the gardener to scare the birds away with flags and bird spikes, make very loud noise at night landing on the metal corrugated roof. This kept me awake for two nights until I moved into the middle bedroom (which has a solid roof and shutters to help reduce the noise). As is typical for MRU, there are stray dogs on the beach, who barked a lot each night and a local cockerel started at 2am…not what I needed after 20hr flights with no sleep to get to the villa…I realise these are out of the owners control but buyers beware!! There was also an issue with the AC in the one bedroom I could sleep in and this was fixed on the second day.

10.0Incontestablement, les points forts des Villas Banyan sont leur localisation face à la mer, dans un village qui a su garder son authenticité en échappant au bétonnage de la côte. La villa est simple mais bien agencée, notamment sa vaste pièce à vivre au rez-de-chaussée, avec sa terrasse côté jardin et sa vue piscine/mer. Nous remercierions toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et pour cet agréable séjour à Maurice. Jean-Pierre
