− This hotel is nothing short of fraudulent. When we checked in on our first day, there was no staff at the front desk—only a key left for us. Right after we got into the room, we found there was no hair dryer provided. Fortunately, we always bring our own, as we never like using hotel hair dryers; I brought my Panasonic one, which works perfectly for me, so we didn’t even bother asking the front desk for one. On check-out day, they called to rush us as our stay time was up. We paid an extra ₩15,000 for a half-hour late check-out, and I accepted that charge without argument. But now, a full day after we left, they’re lying and claiming we took their hair dryer. Everything was fully verified and signed off when we checked out. Instead of checking with previous guests before falsely accusing me, they had the nerve to send me an email with this ridiculous allegation. This completely ruined what should’ve been a wonderful trip to Jeju Island. I originally planned to recommend this place to all my friends, but after this incident, there’s absolutely no chance I’ll do that.

− Die Zimmer waren sehr schlecht ausgestattet, schlechter Zustand allgemein, Schimmel, kaputte Tapete, staubig, dreckiger Balkon, Pool viel zu kalt, Lage beschissen, kein Strand und viel zu laut wegen Flughafennähe.
