A very "budget" motel that could do with a clean up and some major reno work to update it.
2.0Very close to the hospital. Bed was very comfortable and a large size.
− Older style and very poorly maintained. Lift felt like it was risky ... rattled and lights blinked out whenever it moved floors. Kitchen bench with multiple areas of damage to the surface (not just a small cut or a small area of wear but many areas). Shower screen in the bathroom was very close to the toilet, meant knees touched the glass screen (!!)

10.0Awesome location right across the road from the hospital. As was flown to Wellington with my son in bad way, with no car and needing a decent sleep, lady at reception was .very accommodating when my family arrived and let us park their car there next day.. Very tidy and clean, bed very comfortable as well. Thank you

5.0handy location short walk to restaurants
− excessive traffic noise but to be expected as on a main road and opposite the hospital . carpet needed a good vacuum needs better light control in the bedroom eg some black out curtains parking very tight needs a decent sign out side to help fine it
One bedroom unit directly opposite Wellington hospital
8.0One bedroom apartment directly opposite Wellington hospital was ideal for a one-night stay. Our unit was at the rear of the building, but was still noisy overnight with people outside. Facilities were adequate to prepare a light meal and be self contained. Parking at the motel was spacious. Would stay again thanks.
− It is noisy outside the building, but I guess that is not able to be controlled by the motel.

10.0Rooms were spacious, we needed to extend our stay an extra night and this was not an issue. We were even able to leave our car there after we checked out for a few hours.
− We had no issues with the accomodation.
