8.0This property is nice and basic. I don’t believe it’s the top 10 hotels to stay in chiang mai but it done the job

6.01) My first time staying at star hotel where service told me I’m limited to two bottles of water and you have to pay to get more. 2) power went out in my premier room and I got a downgrade to a smaller room, all other hotels I’ve been to either same grade or upgrade. 3) the smaller room’s cup is very dirty.

8.0The hotel was beautiful. The only thing that spoiled the experience were the tiny ants in one of the rooms that were even on the bed. The staff were receptive and sprayed the room when we told them about it, but it did not eliminate this problem completely. The buffet was good and worth paying a little extra for. The location was excellent.
