Very satisfied
10.0Comfortable
− Na
Cheap and cheerful - no parking
2.0Location
− Very dated but clean. We booked a room with extra fast WiFi and allocated parking the hotel had neither!! Only public parking. Tried to take this up with booking .com and hotel neither are interested, in our over payment.
Survived the night, but won’t be choosing again
3.0The location was perfect for where I needed to be
− Stained duvet/bedsheets, freezing room despite window being closed, broken electrical sockets with exposed wiring, shower was dirty, pubes in the sink, cobwebs and spiders all over, old water left in the kettle, so it’s clear things hadn’t been cleaned to a decent standard. All of this could’ve been forgiven if the pictures of the rooms reflected what you get. It feels like false advertising.
Great value for money
7.0Very clean, quiet area
− Socket loose and wires showing
Guest review
4.0The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the towels were clean
− If you're going to provide shampoo/conditioner dispensers, then put some shampoo/ conditioner in them. If you're going to provide tea/coffee, then provide a cup. Please make sure that electrical sockets are not damaged and unsafe. I'm happy to stay in cheap accommodation, but please pay attention to the details. For me that's really important.
