4.0Our room wasn’t ready we had to wait so did a lot of people bc housekeeping didn’t have runs done . The mattress was hard as a brick you can feel the springs . Breakfast was cold at 700 am very generic for a nice hotel . We was charged an additional fee of 50 a night even thow booking .com said it was final price we paid which 300 of that has not been refunded back to us .

8.0The view was amazing! Also, the lazy river and access to the beach was so nice and relaxing. The room and balcony was really nice as well.
− The bed and pull out cot was a little uncomfortable and there were no extra blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. Also, the towels, wash cloths, and hand towels all had hair on them, which was kind of gross. When I called downstairs to the front desk to have new ones brought up, I was told that someone would bring them up and no one ever did. I called the next morning to reiterate what had happened and the clerk had a room service attendant send fresh towels and everything up and apologized for the delay.
