Great family holiday experience
10.0We had a great time at hotel edition Sanya with our 1yr old baby celebrating our wedding anniversary. Julie Meireles, our personal Guest Relations Officer took car of us really well from the moment we arrive to the minute we left the hotel. She prepared a lot of surprised for our little one and make sure our daily itinerary is taken care of.
Wonderful stay for a short getaway
10.0Had a short vacation with my parents and was really happy with the whole experience with the Edition. Julie from the Guest Relations team has provided a lot of information before we arrived the hotel and kept checking to see if we have any needs after we checked in. So we utilized the facilities including pickleball, tennis court, the pools and the bubble baths etc. We were lucky to have free upgrades to better rooms and all the staffs I have met are super helpful and friendly.

10.0Fantastic property and fantastic Ms Julie ensured my stay was wonderful and so comfortable . She was extremely attentive to all my needs and I have stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world and my stay at the Sanya edition was better than a lot of these other hotels due to the excellent hospitality and care shown by Julie from the moment my girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel, to the moment we sadly departed . I will 100% be returning and look forward to seeing the team at Sanya once again.

Wonderful stay, wonderful butler
10.0We had a spectacular stay at Sanya Edition in our 2 bedroom villa. Our butler, Julie, prepared surprises for the kids days before our arrival. She guided the kids to a treasure hunt upon our arrival, and the kids were thrilled by the experience. Julie is very attentive, warm, efficient and reminded us of our bookings as we needed. She also has the warmest smile and the kids love her. It was nice to have someone who speaks English at this resort as the kids speak mostly English. We would definitely recommend this resort and we truly appreciate all the efforts that Julie put in ensuring that our stay was perfect.

10.0I only stayed at The Sanya Edition for one night, but it was enough to make me want to come back again. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and every corner of the resort feels special. A huge thank you to Julie. She was incredibly kind from before I even arrived and made everything so easy for me. She surprised me with an upgrade to an Ocean View Suite, and waking up to that amazing view was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. When I checked out, Julie gave me some Le Labo amenities along with a handwritten card. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it genuinely made me happy! Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. Everyone I met was warm and welcoming, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. One more thing... I'm already missing the wonton noodles from breakfast! They were so good, and I hope to enjoy them again on my next visit. Thank you again, Julie, for making my stay so special. I can't wait to come back!
