8.0押し車を押して歩くおかんが風呂場に行くのに階段しか無くて登り降りが大変でしたが，それ以外は畳敷の風呂場は足も痛くなく、風呂上がりのラウンジもお酒も美味しく楽しめました。

8.0口コミに料理がすごく美味しいとあったけど、期待していたほどではなかったです。 貸切風呂がありましたが、説明も使用中などの表示もなかったので、使用していたら、スタッフの人が外から鍵を開けてきた。さすがに勝手に開けるのはどうかと思う。 大浴場は畳張りで、冷たさや滑りがないのでよかったと思う。 温質は最高です！！

4.0シングルベッドタイプとなっており、部屋の変更について問い合わせをしたが対応がスムーズで速やかに対応してくれました。しかし6月より温泉の工事が行われているとのことで風呂が男女の、いずれか片方の入浴となっており、当日までそのアナウンスも無かった。お風呂を楽しみにしており非常に残念でした。
