Extremely helpful staff in a very nice hotel
10.0This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are large with all the usual accessories expected in a hotel room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. As someone who cannot speak Chinese, they helped me with taxis and mealtimes every day. The hotel manager went out of his way to help me for my return journey back to UK. He found and confirmed a hospital for my mandatory coronavirus test that provides results in English; he confirmed and booked my ferry ticket from Shenzhen to Hong Kong airport; he found my flight back home, saving me from an awkward zig-zag trip; and he arranged for me to stay in a hotel in Shenzhen, including transport to get there. His level of English is very good. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I can.
