6.0The staff accommodated an early arrival which was very appreciated (we had to pay for it, though). Breakfasts were satisfying. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Shower water spilled out onto floor when showering. Entire hotel was clean. Fridge did not get cold. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall an average experience. Would stay here again.

6.0Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though. But since there was a holiday the restaurant incl. room service was unavailable with little eating options nearby.

10.0Excellent!! We stayed just one night there, unfortunately. Big and very well-equipped room and bathroom!! Great buffet breakfast included!! Staff very kind!! The only problem is the location, not really very close to the main attractions of UB. But...

4.0The reception and staff were pleasent but I would not recommend this hotel. The room was not clean. The bathroom was dated with a hole in the wall. The shower was unusable as the drain didn't function. The safe in the room didn't work. The location is nothing special and not near the main square or any other main tourist attractions. For the price - which is high by Ulaanbaatar standards - this is not a hotel I would recommend. You can find others half the price with better facilities.
