There villa in a good location if they willing to renovate or fix the property

My family didn’t enjoy the stay

− The property was old and damaged by the time used but they didn’t upgrade or fix it. The villa has beach view but they locked the view without letting me know ahead of time. The pool was alright but didn’t turn on the outside light as it should be. I requested the baby crib but I needed to call them three times till 10pm for them to come and set it up

Great villas

We booked the villa with private swimming pool - it was fantastic! they are huge with a big swimming pool, super nicely decorated and with great privacy. But the rest of the resort is a bit strange - there are part of the resort totally abandoned- 3 huge building totally empty. Also the policy in the villa is too much : forbidden to take drinks or food to the villa if not huge fee !! Why having a big dining table for 8 people , a microwave and 3 small fridges in the villa ? It doesn’t make sense. My recommendation: book the villa and go to the fishing village Nohn Ly, to eat fresh seafood directly on the beach.

Good to know

-Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. Credit cards will be pre-authorized and the pre-authorization will hold the full amount of booking at least 7 days prior to arrival. The full of amount of the booking must be paid when checking in.

-Holidays, New Year's and weekends in high season (Staying Friday and Saturday night period May 23 - August 17): Room rate does not include meals and the surcharge will be collected upon check-in.

- If a guest's name checking in at the hotel is different from the guest's name in the confirmation voucher, the surcharge for changing the guest's name is VND500.000

- Please show a photo identification and your credit card which was used to pay for the reservation in Online Application. If the credit card doesn't match in Hotel voucher, direct payment might be required.

- A damage deposit of VND 1000000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash or credit card payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash or credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
