6.0We enjoyed the location and the 3 separate bedrooms.
− It was not a good value for the money. The facilities were rather old and damaged. The canalisation in one bathroom smelled. The sofa had stain from a gum. We didn’t find iron nor vacum cleaner. The carpet was dirty etc. When we arrived the TV and light were not working but they sent someone to fix it. The parking was for smaller cars, so we couldn’t use ut even tough that was the reason for picking this app. I honestly don’t think its worth the money we paid (keep in mind the extra tax, cleaning fee and deposit). If you need a large accomodation for partying etc maybe its ok.

4.0Only the location was good !
− On the website there were items listed in the description that were not granted by the host ( Special fitness & pool prices in nearby Fitness Center ) Access via the App was troublesome( a Pin coded needed to be given on the day of arrival coz the App access was Not ok ). They took 400 Euro warranty of my credit card although as per agreement they were not allowed to do that ( only when staying above 6 nights !! ). Lights in the bathrooms not working , no hot water in second bathroom ( took them 3 days to come out to fix it ). Sofa was dirty on arrival , the bed was awful to sleep in ( wobbly ) ! Late check out was denied although i informed the host the required number of days upfront... On day of check out the Cleaning lady already tried to enter the apartment even before 11am ( the check-out time ) Storage for our bags was possible in their office at the day of our departure ( so we could still go into town without having to carry bags around ) i took the option ( 5 euro per bag ) and we arrived at 11:30 at the offices only to find the office closed ( A whatsapp the previous day confirmed that office would be open from 11am till 19 pm ...) > Multiple calls and messages stayed unanswered till today ( since 30th May 2026 )

A surcharge of applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property (Arrivals after 20:00 carry a surcharge of €40, and arrivals after 23:00 carry a surcharge of €50).

Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is required. Failure to provide the requested documentation or the security deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation in line with the applicable cancellation policy.
