4.0Staff friendly. People outside their room on shared balcony conversing “loudly” until I called office at 10:15 pm. They continued arguing in their room until I called at 11:15 pm. No sleep. In lobby it sat quiet hours were from 9pm-7am. That should be posted in balcony and in rooms.

6.0Clean basic room. Unfortunately being right on the road we were disturbed by traffic.

10.0I nice motel overlooking the lake , just a 5 minute drive from downtown. Easy to get to Tiki bar was just a walk down the hill to sit lakeside for lunch
