A spacious, clean and charming Venetian apartment in a fantastic location — excellent value for money!

The location was excellent! You can take a direct boat from the airport and get off after just one stop, then it’s only a few minutes’ walk to the apartment. The train station is also about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet little alley, but once you step out, there are plenty of restaurants, lovely shops and everything you need nearby. It’s also very convenient to walk to the main attractions. The apartment is on the second floor and is very spacious, with a large living room and bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy, and it really felt like staying in a local Venetian home. There’s a traditional pastry shop downstairs and a convenience store just across the street, which was super convenient. The host contacted us in advance to arrange the key handover and was very kind and friendly. She also recommended some great local restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for a family and excellent value for money!

− There is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow, which can be a little challenging with large or heavy luggage. However, since the apartment is only on the second floor, it was manageable for us. The Wi-Fi connection was also a little unstable at times, but the mobile signal was very good, so it wasn’t a big issue.

El apartamento es muy amplio, bonito, tiene aire acondicionado y está en una ubicación magnífica si quieres estar lejos de todo lo turístico.

− El sofá cama no es muy cómodo, pero por lo demás todo muy bien. Es muy grande y con todo decorado en madera que es muy original.

− Още със идването ни взеха сити така по голям от написаното и 70 евро за пристигане по-късно което не беше споменато никъде дори и през комуникацията след наемането на мястото. Климатика не е особено силен и е доста шумящ. Апартамента се намира на 2 етаж като стълбите по който се стига до него са доста стръмни и малки. (Едва се побира крак на страни). Матрака е доста твърд.

− ALERTA ESTAFA. Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy decepcionante. Nada más llegar nos cobraron 40 € adicionales por un supuesto suplemento relacionado con el horario de llegada. En Booking figuraba que el límite para el check-in era a las 20:00, y nosotros llegamos a las 19:50, es decir, diez minutos antes. Además, durante todo el trayecto mantuvimos informada a la anfitriona de nuestra ubicación y del tiempo estimado de llegada, por lo que en todo momento sabía cuándo íbamos a llegar. Cuando le preguntamos por este cobro, nos dijo que consultaría con el propietario y que nos comunicaría si procedía la devolución. Sin embargo, durante toda la estancia intentamos contactar con ella en varias ocasiones mediante mensajes y llamadas, y nunca obtuvimos respuesta. A día de hoy seguimos sin recibir ninguna explicación ni la devolución del dinero. En cuanto al alojamiento, también encontramos varios aspectos negativos. Las escaleras interiores son muy empinadas y peligrosas. Nosotros éramos un grupo de gente joven y aun así había que subir y bajar con muchísimo cuidado, por lo que no recomendaríamos este alojamiento a personas mayores, niños o personas con movilidad reducida. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal, algo especialmente grave teniendo en cuenta que durante nuestra estancia hubo una ola de calor. En definitiva, lo que más nos ha molestado ha sido la falta de transparencia con el cobro de los 40 € y la ausencia total de comunicación por parte de la anfitriona para intentar resolver el problema. No volveríamos a alojarnos aquí ni lo recomendaríamos.

The only merit to this property is its central location.

− We had no wifi for the entire 3 days of our stay. On the second day, we discovered an ant infestation. The shower was broken, too. We contacted the property several times about each issue, and they did not respond once over the time of our stay. Afterwards, we received merely an apologetic email clearly generated by A.I. - not enough to compensate for such a terrible experience! DO NOT STAY HERE!
