− Management was inflexible with my friends refund . He was called out to Venezuela for the earthquake as a search and rescue team had to leave a day early and the propery refused to refund him a prepaid stay for one day

Every single detail of the stay was outstanding and deserves praise: Cleanliness & Quietness: The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas, and the overall atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. Rooms & Bedding: The furniture and bedding are of premium quality and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Service: The staff is professional, quick, and very welcoming. Service is delivered with a genuine smile. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh, delicious, and caters to all tastes. Location: The location is excellent, strategic, and very easy to access.

Great But Needs Some Tweaks.
9.0All the staff was very friendly and if there was a requested item needed to cook with in the room it was delivered promptly. Housekeeping was every other day to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. The bathroom is very spacious and well stocked with toiletries. The breakfast choices were very nice and there was something for every type of diet and taste.
− There could be more large utensils for cooking like a whisk, tongs, a silicon scrapper and serving spoons. The tap water in this location did not taste very good and I would suggest a Brita water filtration pitcher for each room. I would also suggest a blue scrubbing sponge be added to help to clean up the cooktop more thoroughly.
