Pictures Look Better
6.0Bad expierence. Door Key constantly did not work. Would not return here again. No elevators. Pictures look great on websites, but place was not like pictures at all. Stay elsewhere folks.

4.0They require a $30 dll deposit cash only (I don’t know if it’s to ensure you don’t steal the crappy towels or the one glass to use in the room). At check out you have to wait for someone to check the room before they can let you check out and give your deposit back which in my case was like 20 min. Staff appears to be force to be there and thus not friendly. Facilities not worth the cost, I have stayed in better hotels for similar cost.

2.0Realmente no se recomienda este establecimiento por las siguientes razones: 1)No respetan el registro de los huespedes y a la hora dicen que no tienen todas las habitaciones, 2)Hacen cobro adicional por el uso de las toallas y dicen que se hace cargo extra por dejarlas "sucias" entonces para que es un hotel? Y no tienen lavandaeria?..3) El stadd del hotel en el lobby completamente negligentes en general. No lo recomiendo.

2.0Barrokas was once the top hotel around here, but now it’s always a big disappointment, the last three times there’s always a big issues, like first time no water because of some plumbing jobs, next time the shower didn’t work and the toilet as well, and this time tv and ac were broken… also I don’t get why they don’t get Expedia reservations sync. Like you come to the hotel and they say they cannot process Expedia reservations, it’s just a mess every time. Also rooms are smelly! Like real bad…
