4.0Very impersonal. You find a building, wait for a check in time and then punch a code. Like something out of “1984”. The room was poorly designed and dysfunctional. There is a sliding back door that goes nowhere, just a straight drop down to the ground. Definitely not disabled friendly. Very disappointed.

10.0First trip to Vashon was somewhat of a disappointment, but at least we stayed in a great hotel. Clean, roomy, comfortable. Easy walk to town, lot's of places to eat nearby. We haven't seen anyone from the staff, which to me is great.

10.0It was a cute, cozy little modern cabin. It was very quiet. I couldn't hear any of the neighbors at any point. Some good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Easy parking. Easy check-in and check-out. The radient heating in the bathroom floor was a nice surprise! Highly recommend.
