8.0The manager was on property and would always ask if everything was okay each time he saw you. I felt he genuinely cared about his guests experience. However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. The property was away from Ao Nang Beach but offered a free shuttle there where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a private pool villa. The pool was great. The layout of the bedrooms was a bit awkward with one bedroom being separated from the rest of the villa - it was one villa but the bedroom could only be accessed from the outside. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

10.0From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX villas to anyone going to Krabi!! Did I mention TERRIFIC staff and Management??

10.0Had a great stay at Lux Family Villa. The staff is fantastic, very accommodating, and the shuttle to town is a great service. Pool was comfortable and clean, internet was strong… I would definitely stay there again.

10.0Overall pleasent stay. Enjoyed the privacy and the pool. The staff were friendly and the transport from the villa to Ao Nang Beach was very convenient.
