I would avoid staying here.
1.0The hotel had a convenient location with a nice view of the forests.
− The staff was challenging to work with. I was originally supposed to stay from June 15 to 19. However, on June 16 I realized I'd have to depart a day early because of an unforeseen emergency. When I spoke to the hotel front desk at that time, the staff member on duty told me that this change would be fine and I just needed to submit a request through Booking.com. However, my Booking.com request was rejected the following day, without explanation. When I approached the front desk on June 18 about resolving this issue, the manager refused to make any accommodations and made me pay for the full June 15-19 stay, even though I was checking out a day early. He also declined to call the corporate office when I asked repeatedly.
