4.0The house including our room and bathroom were clean. The host was also nice. We were lucky that we met the host when we arrived as they were ready to leave when we arrived. If we hadn't met them, we wouldn't have any place to stay for the night. Unfortunately, we were charged another fee by the host nearly as high as what we initially paid with the reasoning that there was a mistake on Expedia and that they didn't work with them anymore. It shouldn't be that a problem between Expedia and the hotel is carried out on the shoulders of the guest!
