− The staff were very bad mannered. When we arrived at the hotel, we were confronted by the assistant manager, who didn't greet us in a nice way, we weren't told about checking out times, breakfast times, fire exits and before he would even let us near our room, he insisted that we had to go back to the car park to place a permit in our cars. When we got back in the hotel, he didn't show us to our room. He was very rude. The room was dirty, which I have photos of, dead bugs on the window sills (inside & out) in the bedroom and the bathroom. Also, a few live bugs on the bathroom. The toilet roll was empty and the towels had makeup on them which wasn't mine. Overall, it was a horrendous stay and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!
The hotel was good and staff were excellent
9.0Breakfast was excellent, staff were very helpful, warm and friendly.
− Room was a small, door to the bathroom was not fixed porperly, the fan was not fully operational.
Would deffo stay again, think the price is more for the location rather than quality of room however it was a very nice
8.0Property smelt amazing, lots of tea and coffee facilities, show and bath freebies, plenty of towels, bed was amazingly comfortable. Location is beautiful
− Tv in a silly place without able to hinge move it it’s on the wall in the corner making you having to crick your neck. Booked last minute as working away but staff had to “check the room” because I’d booked through booking.comI would of thought all room should be ready for service not to be checked if room is ready Everything else was perfect

− The cleanliness and smell in the room have gone down. I used to stay in this hotel in past, and both previous stays were exceptional. I think this hotel has changed ownership, and the quality is not the same.
