Great food and amazing service!
10.0We loved our stay at Fairmont Istanbul. The food was excellent — fresh pastries, delicious grilled meats, and tasty local mezes. Everything was well-prepared and flavorful. But the real highlight was our waiter, Bilal. He was super attentive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. Made our meals even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! Will come back.

9.0The hotel is very clean and the room very big and very nicely classified between the dressing and shower bathroom and the bed I like it The staff were very welcoming especially at check in and at breakfast all of the staff were very helpful I remember one staff member called sema was so nice The buffet had small limited options but the coffee was good The spa outdoor swimming is all good and nice .
