10.0We had a wonderful stay. The room was a good size. Fridge, microwave, coffee pot, all handy, hairdryer too. The BBQ area was fun. Also, there was no noise from neighbors.
It was nice and quiet.
8.0The large open grassy area away from road and traffic. A nice place for kids to play outside.
− The bathroom was clean; however, it was a small room. Only about 6 feet by 7 feet.

reservations were a catastrophy
1.0− in march I booked a room, and a cabin (with 2 bedrooms) on booking.com, for a wedding at the end of june. i called the location river bend 2 weeks before my stay and they verified i had reservations for 3 rooms--not a cabin (with 2 rooms) and a room, but just 3 bedrooms in the hotel. no cabin. booking.com nor river bend could explain how i did not have a cabin. i then cancelled 2 rooms on booking.com, leaving me with one room. We were arriving late so prior to our 2 hour drive i called river bend to advise them we'd arrive at 930pm. I was told that was fine! When we arrived 2 hrs later, i was told they had no room, not even one, and not one reservation for me. and there was nothing they could, or would do. LUCKILY there was one room left so we were put there. I was told i "i dont know, i just started working here..." and that i'd hear from the owner. I have heard from noone. you cant sell rooms to booking.com and then sell the room again. you cant treat people like this. really terrible. :(
