7.0Location was fine. Staff was polite.
− I visited in the summer. One of the reasons I selected The Tennessean was because I planned to have room service after a full day of driving. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered the restaurant was closed. I prefer the grand old hotels, but when the amenities are not available, they aren’t so grand

− Nothing- even had an excellent coffee shop and sitting area to enjoy
We will stay again, however bell/valet services needs some work for a 4 star hotel

− Water damage to 2-4th floors, all carpet was up in halls, some drywall damage from water leak, they did not inform us prior to stay….
