Shuttle: Maximum 3 People with little luggage
2.0The room size, cleanliness, and general service were satisfactory, and we appreciated that aspect of our stay. However, we were very disappointed with the shuttle service. We chose this hotel specifically because of the complimentary shuttle, but although our reservation was clearly for four people, we were required to use two cars and asked to pay for an additional vehicle. We only had the usual amount of luggage for travelers. At the time, we were told that the shuttle policy limits passengers to three, yet later we could not find any such clause in the stated policy. This left us feeling misled and unfairly treated.

10.0This was our fourth stay here and we were still impressed with how quiet the area is. On-site, safe parking, friendly and helpful staff, a great buffet breakfast daily and spacious rooms are some of the highlights. Will be very likely to stay here again on our next visit to Nairobi.

10.0Great place for our family of four to stay for two nights when we first arrived. The breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.
