Not what i expected it was ok..villa was nice just minor issues such as water pressure extremely low, hot water took forever to come through, and it was very hot in the living room although there was a fan and we opened all windows still hot. Pool was closed due to construction going on and it was noisey. Other that the place was ok.Also the location was a little ways out from where i wanted to be but we managed. Steve the brother of the property manager was very nice and helpful.

This cute Villa is lovely. We had a little trouble locating the property at first but Ms. Michaun assisted our driver with directions. The initial meeting was hilarious. Ms. Michaun made check in and check out very easy. The tour of the home was excellent very precise and details. The villa felt like a home away from home. The beds are comfortable great air conditioning, laundry, wi-fi and kitchen supplies. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. Close to shopping plazas, good music, food, rivers and beaches. At night we sat outside enjoying the cool breeze from the sea. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you

So, this is the worst place I've stayed in quite a while. Let's start with the basics. The property advertises itself as "On the Beach." There is no beach. The description promises a marina. There is no marina. The pics are full of great shots of an attractive pool. The pool has been closed for half a year and will be closed for at least another year. So, effectively, there is no pool. But the disappointment doesn't end there. When I arrived well into the evening I expected everything to be up and running. Not quite. The stove was out of propane and no one had bothered to check. The kitchen lacked paper towels, a trash can, and useful utensils. The micro wave didn't work. One of the bathrooms didn't function - the shower and toilet were both broken. No one could find the remote for the second bedroom's a/c. There was no toilet paper! Attempts were made the next day to fix the bathroom, but ultimately, despite my having to suffer workmen in the apartment most of the day, to no avail. Neither worked for the duration of my stay. I got down on all fours and finally found the a/c remote in the dark corner of a closet. I withheld part of the payment until repairs were effected and this became the source of real frustration for the owners(basically all they want is the money and guests can be damned). The police needed to be called to dislodge them from the "villa" when they arrived and tried to intimidate me. I have demanded a full refund for my stay. It was that horrible!

Over all satisfied with the stay. Only complaint we had was pool was closed during our entire stay other than that it was gated community and we enjoyed our stay.
