10.0We love the spa and we visited the spa every night. We enjoyed the ice cream after the spa. We also like the free ramen after 9:30pm.
− The room is a bit small, but we made it work.
Questionable whether I would rebook this hotel in the future.

− Cleanliness is an issue. Couldn’t change room due to full booking at the hotel, but my room was definitely smelly from a previous guests… shall we say, biological remains

9.0Excellent location in Gangnam with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was surprisingly spacious for Seoul standards and spotlessly clean. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially loved the comfortable bathroom and shower facilities, as well as the Japanese-style onsen and hot bath, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The complimentary amenities were also generous and thoughtfully provided….
