7.0Situated in a lovely area, large bar and restaurant. Accessible room with walk in shower.
− Wife is disabled and numerous steps down to the public areas were a challenge. Lighting and mirrors are positioned for wheel chair users. The mirrors could be longer vertically so useful to both disabled and able bodied guests.

− No air con, but remembering this was the hottest whitsun bank holiday ever…

− No heating on in room on arrival on a cold grey day. Not the room I booked. I requested a ground floor suite with two bedrooms and lounge and it was changed to one bedroom and a sofa bed. Up several flights stairs. With a heart condition????

10.0Food was fantastic, great portions and served hot. Team amazing, super helpful, good offering of choices for dietary needs. Room was perfect to stay in with our dog, comfortable room with plenty of space.
