10.0Wunderbares Zimmer und super freundliches Personal. Großartiges Frühstücksbuffet. Direkt am Bahnhof. Grosszügig eingerichtet. Bücher und ein Pool.
− Gegenüber in einem Grundstück nebenan lief Tag und Nacht irgendeine laute Maschine, die sich ununterbrochen ein und ausschaltet.

7.0Das Frühstück war super, ebenfalls das Personal an der Rezeption und im Speiseraum.
− Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer, was ziemlich klein und beengt war für 179€ die Nacht. Preis- Leistung für Suhl ist fraglich. Der Pool war sehr sehr kalt.
Für den Zugang in die Innenstadt, ideal!
8.0Das interne Schwimmbad.
− Parken gegen Tagesgebühr. Schlechter Zugang für Gehbehinderte. Kosmetik / Massage, sehr gut.
Durch die Umgebung Thüringer Wald war der Nachteil des Hotels nicht so schlimm.
5.0Kurze Wege bis zum Zentrum von Suhl. Das Personal insbesondere an der Rezeption war sehr nett.
− Die Ankunft im Hotel war mit Hindernissen in der Form des Entladens der Koffer verbunden. Kein Personal und Parken auf der Straße kurz vor der Kreuzung. Keine Klimaanlage und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, Kühlschrank war auch nicht vorhanden.
